Who We Are

FIT for Active Living is a Saskatoon Health Region program which is located on the 8th floor of Saskatoon City Hospital . The program provides interdisciplinary assessment and rehabilitation programs to clients who have been injured as a result of a motor vehicle collision. Since 1996 the FIT for Active Living program has assessed over 3,000 clients and provided comprehensive treatment programs to over 1,300 clients.
